Muka Tangata Hui

NZPPI People Capability Advisor Alice Schofield recently attended a hui hosted by Muka Tanagata, the Workforce Development Council for People, Food, and Fibre, to provide insight on the needs of the plant production sector.

Muka Tanagata is working on ways to enhance vocational education and training to meet industry needs. It is led by a council of 12 professionals with a wide range of backgrounds in the food and fibre sector and vocational education.

Muka Tanagata will compile the findings from all its regional hui across the motu and share the results on the 15th of June 2022. We will keep you up to date on their findings.
