Visit the Plant Careers stand at National Fieldays 10 — 13 June 2026 at Mystery Creek, Hamilton, as part of the Fieldays Careers and Education Hub. The Hub is the place for students, job seekers and visitors to learn about food and fibre career pathways and to consider joining the primary sector.

This annual competition, hosted by NZPPI and IPPS and supported by the Horticentre Charitable Trust, tests competitors on the skills needed to run a successful plant production business.

The NZ Plant Producers Conference and Awards Dinner 2026 will be held 20-21 May at Karaka Pavilion in Auckland, bringing together plant producers, retailers, suppliers, educators, researchers and more.

Plant Pass is holding a workshop on 11 March in Waikato (Hamilton Gardens). We are currently reviewing dates and venues for other workshops in Northland, Nelson, Christchurch and Invercargill.

The 2026 NZPPI Board elections will take place from February to March. This election is an opportunity to help shape the future of NZPPI and support the ongoing success of our industry.
