Primary industry strategy

03 Aug 2020

The government has released its long-awaited primary industry strategy, “Fit for a Better World”. This strategy highlights the importance of primary production in the Covid-19 recovery and beyond and proposes a transition to more sustainable, regenerative and profitable production.

This including more trees, more horticulture and regenerative planting.    Our sector is at the centre of this transformation, producing the enormous quantity of plants that will be needed in the future.
