Seeking board nominations

The 2026 NZPPI Board elections will take place from February to March. This election is an opportunity to help shape the future of NZPPI and support the ongoing success of our industry. We encourage members with a passion for our sector to get involved.

During this period, we’ll be seeking:

  • Nominations for the elected positions representing the Afforestation and Greenlife Landscape board positions.
  • We are also seeking expressions of interest for an appointed member.

Election timeline

  • 2 February 2026: Nominations open. 
  • 27 February 2026: Nominations close (5pm). Candidates advised to the NZPPI Board.
  • 2 March 2026: Candidate list and biographies released, with campaigning and voting beginning.
  • 20 March 2026: Voting concludes (3pm).
  • 23 March 2026: Votes are counted and results are announced.

Please review the handbook for details about nominations and eligibility. Nominations must be received by 5pm on 27 February. Completed nomination forms can be sent to the Returning Officer by emailing office@nzppi.co.nz.
