NZPPI AGM 2025 notice

08 Sep 2025

Producer members and industry partners are warmly invited to join us online at our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18 September.

This is a valuable opportunity to share the progress we are making in our key advocacy areas and how we are developing our programmes and services for the industry and look ahead to what’s next for our industry. Your feedback and input into our work is critical to ensuring that we are on the right track and meeting your needs.

Please download our Annual Report, so you can review our progress and priorities ahead of the meeting.

Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting we will:

  • Present the Annual Report and financial statements
  • Provide updates on key NZPPI’s advocacy and programmes
  • Present our priorities for the coming year
  • Have an open forum discussion.

A few key items to note for this year’s AGM:

Producer Board Position
This position is currently vacant and there will be an opportunity to nominate and vote for candidates from the floor during the AGM.  If you are interested in standing, or would like more information on the voting process, please get in touch ahead of the meeting.

Code of Ethics
In the General Business part of the AGM we will present a (draft) NZPPI Code of Ethics. This is part of NZPPIs commitment to fostering professionalism and respect within our membership and the industry.

Plant Trolley Advisory Group
A draft Plant Trolley Scheme Terms of Reference for this group will be presented to you for discussion. While it is not intended to formally adopt these documents at the AGM, we would like to hear your feedback. They may be presented for adoption at the next AGM.

Quorum
NZPPI requires at least 20 members attending in person or via proxy for the AGM to proceed. Reaching this number can be challenging, so we encourage you to register for the meeting here, or nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend.

Your participation is important for shaping the direction of your industry body.
