The following remits will be considered at the AGM:
REMIT 1:
That the draft minutes of the NZ Plant Producers and Nurserymen's Enterprises Limited AGM held on Tuesday 20th October 2021 be taken as a true and correct record of that meeting.
Explanatory note:
The draft minutes are included with the 2021 Annual Report, available here, from page 22.
REMIT 2:
That the Special Interest Group and Sub-Committee reports for the year ended 31 March 2021, as published in the Annual Report, be taken as read and adopted.
Explanatory note:
The reports are included in the 2021 Annual Report from page 12.
REMIT 3:
That the audited NZPPI and NEL Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 be adopted.
Explanatory note:
A copy of the NZPPI and NEL financial statements are included in the Annual Report, from page 24.
REMIT 4:
That Moore Markhams be appointed auditors for the financial year ended 31 March 2022.
Explanatory note:
Moore Markhams were awarded the contract to complete the audit for NZPPI and NEL for the 2020/2021 year. NZ Plant Producers proposes that we continue that arrangement.
