NZ Plant Producers appoints Employment Relations Advisor

We are delighted to welcome Alice Schofield to the NZ Plant Producers team as our Employment Relations Advisor. Alice has a degree in human resource, industrial relations, and psychology, with experience working at government departments in recruitment and project work. 

She has also had hands-on experience in horticulture , working on cherry orchards and vineyards in Marlborough. In her new role she is focusing on our industry's workforce - addressing the labour shortage, implementing a workforce strategy, and listening to your needs as members, and how we can help.

Alice will be lending her expertise to NZPPI until the end of January 2021.
