We encourage our Producer members to attend the AGM as we have a quorum requirement of 20 voting members. The agenda, remits and NZPPI AGM 2024 Minutes are posted below.
Apology and Proxy Form
Producer members who are unable to attend the AGM, please complete the Apology and Proxy form. This form enables you to have another member that is attending the AGM to record your vote. If you don’t know anyone attending the AGM, you can nominate your Sector representative, or the Board Chair, Nick Hoskins, to hold your proxy vote. This completed Proxy form must be received by NZPPI before 9:45am on Thursday 18th September 2025.
Please note that only Producer Members have voting rights at our AGM. However, Industry Partner members are warmly welcome to attend the meeting as observers.

In the General Business part of the AGM we will present the NZPPI Code of Ethics DRAFT.

A draft Plant Trolley Scheme Terms of Reference for this group will be presented to you for discussion.
