Plant Careers is the foundation to NZ Plant Producers' workforce strategy and falls under our pathways into industry and upskilling in the industry workstreams. It has been designed to ensure people can access all the information in one place regarding education and training offered in Aotearoa New Zealand, through apprenticeships, online education, degrees, diplomas and professional development. This website also gives insight into the roles and responsibilities of people already in the industry, their reasoning for starting their career, opinions, and perspectives.

People can take a look at the far-reaching spread of the industry, to broaden their understanding of the production areas within the industry and the job opportunities located across the entire country. Keep an eye out for events that we will be positing throughout the year that aim to educate and encourage both current employees and those entering the industry.
