MPI and About Life Ltd are delighted to present a leadership development opportunity for those working in plant production.
Free of charge workshops will be running across the country and are open to anyone interested in developing their leadership skills. The workshops have received positive feedback from previous participants, and workers at NZPPI.

The goal: to raise leadership capability across the Primary Industries.
This 2-day interactive workshop will grow the skills and capabilities of first-line (supervisory level) leaders and future leaders.
Topics will include:
- How to influence people...leading to better team performance
- Strengthening communication skills
- Dealing with difficult people
- Engaging people and retaining key staff
- Practical work applications – including leading positive health and safety.
This programme has been rated very highly by attendees in our previous workshops. Dates are TBC but are likely to run between April-June in the following regions.
